1. Scope of Agreement

By registering or using BeatBounty.org, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you (listener or creator) and the operator: Tobias Flöckinger, BeatBounty e.U.

2. Platform Purpose

BeatBounty connects creators and listeners for the purpose of promoting music, collecting feedback, and rewarding engagement. We are not a streaming service.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and current account details
• Do not manipulate stats, ratings, or attempt fraudulent activity
• Respect all copyright laws when uploading music

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All financial transactions (top-ups, subscriptions, payouts) are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Uploaded songs must be your own or legally licensed. You grant us permission to use them for platform-related functions (e.g. previews, listing).

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or illegal content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a secure and functional service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or be liable for external service issues.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of major changes via email or site notification.
